Can I fit prescription lenses into my existing SafeStyle frames?

No. Prescription lenses cannot be fitted into a non-prescription (plano) SafeStyle frame after purchase. They must be purchased together as one complete, certified prescription pair. Our prescription range can only be purchased through our website or via a participating optometrist. This ensures the pair meets certification requirements and the lenses and fit are tailored to the customer’s needs. Supplying the frame or lens separately voids our safety certification and does not comply to the Australian Standards. Fitting a prescription lens to a non-prescription frame not only voids the certification (safety properties of the pair) but also voids any warranty.
